"By far the best insurance agents I’ve ever had any experience with. Not only are they kind, helpful and friendly - but recently I had to navigate filing a claim with another individual’s insurer and it was proving to be unusually complicated. I called State Farm, mostly just for guidance and advice, and Sean took it upon himself to make several calls and actually was able to conference-call me in, so that we were able to begin filing the claim. He answered questions, was extremely supportive and effective. He even ended up staying at the office at least 20 minutes after closing time to finish the conversation and to answer any questions I had. Again, BY FAR the best experience, as a whole, that I’ve ever had with an insurance company and I am grateful for each person at the office. 10/10; highly recommend!"

"I have been with State Farm insurance since last summer after being with another company for over 50 years.. Wow 🤩 that’s unbelievable but State Farm Insurance, I have found to be considerably cheaper but the coverage is as good or better, and the employee’s are so awesome. The experience was made seamless by the employees in the office. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend this State Farm office. I have full confidence that they will go over and above to make sure that your insurance needs are met and that you are satisfied with your decisions. I even left there with printed proof of insurance cards in protective sleeves. I feel like all of my insurance needs were met with excellence! "Seeing all the great reviews online, we expected great things from Matt McCoy State Farm. We were very disappointed. The quotes looked great so we purchased both auto and home policies. AFTER the first months premiums were paid and policies were in effect and our previous policies were cancelled, the inspector showed up and then we received a letter saying they were not going to insure our house. The Premium was refunded, but that was little consolation since we had already cancelled our former insurance! Very frustrating!!!"

"One phone call took about 5mins to find $1,000 less on Collision coverage for $30 less than Flow did for me. Plus they wete patient and worked with me thru finding a new job. Life has its funny timings but yes I was going thru alot and they waited and stayed in touch for about a month until I was getting income again. Thank you guys!!!"
